Excellent Tool, No Customer Service, No Tech SUpport, Lost Purchase History
LOVE This tool! Hands down my favorite screencast and video recording tool for professional use. High-quality with great customization options.
I purchased Iris about 6 months ago. In the most recent MAC OS update, Iris stopped functioning correctly. It froze, the new recording screen would never appear. It was new, so I waited a few weeks and kept trying. No improvements. I uninstalled it and re-installed it. It still does not work on one of our MACs. On a second, our premium use purchase (to remove the watermark) was not restored to the app. Again, no big deal as long as it can be handled. Reached out to support, no response at all.
I have received no support response, it now only works on one computer, and now can not access my purchase. Definitely a frustrating experience to see so little care taken to customer service and tech support on an otherwise excellent tool.
